Tower A – SOHO and service apartments – creates an entrance from the plaza. Tower B – 5A Office – welcomes people from the city. Passengers can enjoy a rich underground connection which link the train station directly to the city from the outdoor Plaza and underground retail floors. Efficient layout distribution of key programs are strategically placed to inject vivid and active public spaces which encourage human interaction and allow for higher value of commercial areas.

Distances are shortening fostering faster business transactions and communication. The twin towers take full advantage of sitting on a hyper-connected transportation hub. Located in extreme climate conditions with long winters and short summers, the tower design strategically provides respite from the harsh conditions. Interior sky terraces are injected into the towers to provide natural green spaces in the winter to promote high-quality sustainable lifestyle for the luxury apartments and healthy working environments for the flexible office spaces.
